I enjoy SEL lesson as Ms Shidah is always trying her best to make her lesson interesting. She never fails to make her lesson fun and interesting. Alright, seriously speaking, there's nothing seems to be in need of improvement. I think its perfect at the moment. Three important things I learnt during SEL is, How to control our feelings, understand how things goes about and the consequence of everything we do.

Secondly, teamwork is essential when we are in a group.
Thirdly, when we are faced with too much stress it will lead to depression, so we should learn when to relax the leash.
In my opinion i think SEL ( Social Emotional Learning ) is very interesting... unlike other lessons.. which consist only studying and listen, SEL involve role play and also watching of movies which smoothes our mind and soul which will enrich our way of thinking. It also enable us to have a more optimistic point of view which is useful in our journey of life.... But however there are ways of improvement in lessons... I think that SEL lessons should be LONGER and also let us be able to use the air con rooms more...
SEL lessons is interesting because it teaches us about ourselves and also our peers.It let us know about some of the facts like abortion.It help us know how scary is abortion and therefore we won't make silly mistake. I think that SEL lesson could be even interesting if there were more shows to let us watch and learn.In addition,we could have some games. One simple word to describe SEL and that is "Fantastic!" Hahas...I have learnt lot of thing that I never learnt in my life. One of the example that I learnt so far is to treasure the people among you as they are important. I also learnt that choosing the right path is very important as it could affect us in the future and it concern the matter of Career,Health,Family,Money and many other thing. I also learnt that steady had to make the right decision whether I can cope or not. We should not treat relationship as a joking matter as it could affect the mood of both parties. The lesson had also guide me that SEX is not really important so as to prove manhood and having fun... It could really cause a dire consequence, so it is really helpful so as not to make the wrong choice. =D
I think that SEL lesson is interesting because we get to peform a short skit in class and we learn thing from each others. I think that SEL lesson should show us more video rather than giving us paper work , sometimes its quite boring . The starting of the year, SEL lessons seems bored and uninteresting but out of my expectation, Ms Shidah have turned the lessons into a "movie class" and i am always expecting for the next lesson everytime one ends.Though there were times of unhappiness about grouping during the lesson, but i've enjoyed the whole discussion process.Indeed, through SEL, i've also learned more about myself and what i plan to do in the near furture. Emotional learning in SEL not only broaden my knowledge of people and things around me but also enrich my life in a way that cant be spell out by any means of words.
